Who you are contracting with
LeadRush is provided by PSL Systems, registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42075111. In these terms “we” is PSL Systems and “you” is the business holding the account.
These terms cover business use. LeadRush is sold to companies and is not offered to consumers, which is why nothing here is written around consumer withdrawal rights.
This document has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It is an honest description of how the service works, written from the software itself. It is not a substitute for advice, and if you need terms that will hold up in a procurement review or a dispute, have a Dutch commercial lawyer read them first.
What the service does
LeadRush answers enquiries that reach your business by WhatsApp, by missed phone call and through your website forms. It replies on your behalf, asks the qualifying questions you approved, writes a summary, and hands the conversation to a person when your rules say it should.
The agent works from a playbook you approve and maintain. You decide what it may ask, what prices it may state, which regions you serve, and the list of things it must never do on its own. You are responsible for the contents of that playbook and for what your business promises through it.
What the service does not do
- It does not give professional advice on your behalf. Clinical, legal and financial judgement stays with your people, and the agent is built to hand those conversations over rather than attempt them.
- It does not guarantee that every enquiry is answered. Message delivery depends on Meta’s WhatsApp platform, your telephony provider, and the AI provider behind the agent. Those are third parties and their outages are not something we can promise around.
- It is not a replacement for your own record-keeping. Conversations are retained as set out in the privacy policy, not indefinitely.
Your account
You are responsible for who you invite into your account and for what they do in it. Team members can read conversations, take over a live thread and message your customers, so treat an invitation as the access it is. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
You must have the right to message the people whose enquiries you route through LeadRush, and your use must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies and with applicable law on unsolicited messaging. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, because that conduct puts every other customer’s WhatsApp access at risk as well as yours.
Plans, conversations and billing
Plans are priced per month in euros and differ by how many conversations the agent handles in a calendar month. Every plan includes all three channels and unlimited team seats.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly, per month | Included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | €99 | €82 | 150 conversations / month |
| Growth | €199 | €166 | 800 conversations / month |
| Managed | €500 | €417 | Unlimited conversations |
Prices exclude VAT. A yearly subscription is charged as twelve times the per-month yearly price shown above, in advance. A monthly subscription is charged in advance each month.
Choosing a plan starts 7 free days. We confirm your payment method at that point with a zero-amount authorisation — nothing is charged — and the first payment is taken on day 8, then on the same cycle after that. Cancel before the first payment and you are charged nothing. Because the card is authorised rather than charged, starting a plan requires a credit card or PayPal. Payments are handled by Mollie; we do not see or store your card details.
Once a plan’s monthly conversation allowance is used, further conversations draw on top-up credits if you have bought any. Credits are a one-off purchase, they never expire, and they are only ever drawn on after the plan allowance is spent. If there is no allowance and no credit left, the agent stops answering until the next monthly period or until you top up. That behaviour is deliberate: silently continuing and invoicing for it afterwards would be worse.
Cancellation
A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the period you have paid for. A yearly plan runs to the end of its term. We do not refund the unused part of a period that has already been paid, except where the law requires it or where we have failed to provide the service.
You can export or request your data before you leave, and what happens to it afterwards is set out in the privacy policy.
Personal data
LeadRush processes two different kinds of personal data, and our role differs for each. For your account we are the controller. For the people who message your business we are the processor and you are the controller. The privacy policy sets this out in full, including where the data lives, who else processes it, and how long it is kept. The Managed plan includes a signed data processing agreement; on the other plans we will sign one on request.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service running continuously and we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on the Starter and Growth plans. The Managed plan includes a named contact and a response-time commitment, agreed in writing with you. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where it is likely to be noticeable.
Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law, including for intent or deliberate recklessness. Beyond that, our liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect loss.
The agent is software and it can be wrong. You keep the ability to read every transcript and to change the playbook, and the decisions your business makes on the back of a conversation remain yours.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change we update the date at the top. For changes that materially affect what you pay or what you receive, we notify account holders directly and the change takes effect at your next renewal rather than immediately.
Law and jurisdiction
Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. That is where the company is registered and where the data is held.
