The playbook

Everything the agent does comes from one document you approve: the questions it may ask, the prices it may state, the regions you serve, and a hard list of things it must never do on its own. It follows the same playbook at three in the afternoon and at three in the morning.

The never list is what makes the rest safe to switch on. An agent that can be talked into quoting a price is an agent nobody can leave running overnight. When a conversation reaches the edge of the list, it ends the same way every time: it books a person.

The inbox

Conversations arrive qualified rather than raw. Each one carries a written summary, an intent score and the next action, so a morning starts with a ranked list instead of a folder of threads. Your whole team works from it, on every plan, with no per-seat fee.

When intent is high or the customer asks for a person, the agent steps aside and pings whoever is on duty with the transcript already summarised. A team member can take over a live thread mid-conversation, and the customer sees one continuous conversation rather than a handoff.

What is running today

WhatsApp Business is the channel in general use. It runs on the number your customers already message, through Meta's official API, so there is nothing to migrate and nothing for anyone to learn.

Two more channels are built and in testing. They are listed here rather than folded into the feature list, because a channel is shipped when a real customer has been answered on it and not before.

  • Missed-call text-backIn testingAn unanswered call to your business number opens a WhatsApp thread with the caller within seconds. You keep answering your phone exactly as you do now — only the calls you miss are picked up.
  • Website contact formsIn testingAn enquiry from your website's form starts the same qualified WhatsApp conversation, instead of sitting in an inbox until Monday.

Three things people get wrong about it

  • Your playbook, not a generic botTell LeadRush what disqualifies a lead, which regions you serve, and what you never quote in writing. It follows the same playbook at 15:00 and at 03:00.
  • Handover that reads as humanWhen intent is high or the client asks for a person, the agent steps aside and pings whoever is on duty — transcript already summarised.
  • Nothing to migrateKeep your number and your WhatsApp Business account exactly as they are. LeadRush connects through Meta's official API and sits behind the number your clients already message — there is nothing to move and nothing for them to learn.

Data, and who sees it

The conversations flowing through LeadRush belong to people who never signed up for anything: your customers. That shapes where the data lives and what happens to it.

  • EU data residencyConversations are stored in the EU, and nothing in them is used to train third-party models.
  • A signed DPA, on any planAsk and we send one. Deletion and retention requests are handled by us directly, in writing.
  • Official WhatsApp Business APINo scraping, no unofficial clients, no risk to the number your clients already message.
  • Disclosed as automatedThe agent says what it is in the first message and hands over the moment a person is asked for.

The privacy policy sets out the full list of sub-processors, the retention periods and how erasure works. It is written from the code rather than from a template.
